When will my order ship?

Orders may process for up to 7 business days before shipping. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days with the exception of larger or bulk orders.

  • Orders placed before 4pm CST will begin processing the same day (Monday-Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4pm CST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm CST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday, then it will begin processing Tuesday.

What size is best for me?

To ensure that you get the right size, please refer to the size guide provided on each item. Since you know your sizing/fit preferences best, we recommend measuring a garment you already own and love the sizing of, then comparing those measurements to the size guide. Any questions or concerns regarding garment sizing/fit must be addressed prior to placing your order. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders of incorrect sizes.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All of our products are made to order with extra love and attention just for you! Because of this, all of our products are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we are happy to make things right if we made a mistake or, in rare cases, the item arrives damaged/defective. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order after receiving it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with accurate information (garment size, sorority, and shipping address) when placing an order. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for inaccuracies outside of our control.

Can I get my order by a certain date?

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as both processing and shipping times determine when your order will arrive. Since each item is made to order, processing times vary based on multiple factors and include both production and quality checks to ensure your order meets our standards before shipping.

Shipping times are determined solely by the carrier, and not all shipping options are guaranteed services.

Please note that these guarantees are provided by the carrier, not by us. If a guaranteed service does not arrive on time, you may be eligible to file a claim with the carrier for a refund of the shipping cost.

We suggest ordering items needed for strict delivery dates as early as possible to ensure there is ample time for processing and shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do! Please fill out our Bulk Order Inquiry Form if you are looking to place an order that includes 12 or more items 😇

Please note, bulk order processing time may take up to 2 weeks depending on the size of the order/current demand. Bulk orders will be shipped via UPS.

Can I change something on my order?

For changes to the item(s) ordered (e.g. garment size) we can typically make modifications if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Depending on the specific request and how long after the initial order was placed the change is being requested, additional charges may apply. Order processing also may take additional time if changes are made.

For changes to the order details (e.g. shipping address), we can typically make modifications up until the time the order is shipped out.
